CPS2 （Capcom Play System 2） 基板游戏是COPCOM公司续 CPS1 基板后推出的又一款出色的街机游戏平台，其代表大作很多，如：《少年街霸1、2、3》、《恶魔救世主》、《龙与地下城守护者》等等。目前对其游戏支持的模拟器有Finalburn、FinalBurn Alpha、Mame、WinKawaks等。其中Finalburn是第一个支持CPS2游戏的模拟器，其官方研发已经停止，现在还有一些模拟爱好者正在对其改进，模拟效果属于中等。Mame不要说了，大而全，几乎什么都能模拟，效果还过得去。WinKawaks是一款多机种模拟器，当然没有Mame支持的机种多，仅支持CPS1、CPS2、Neo·Geo三种，用它来模拟CPS2游戏，效果还算可以，配置要求中上（PIII450以上64MB以上内存）。FinalBurn Alpha是CPS2模拟器的后起之秀，几乎100%模拟CPS2游戏，是大家首选。 |

| CPS2 was colour coded, these were to define the regions they were intended for, they were as follows;
